Under the direction of the Fire Chief, the EMS Coordinator oversees the daily operations of our ALS ambulance service and provides team leadership for our active volunteer & career EMS personnel. This position provides the support, knowledge, and expertise necessary to maintain a progressive EMS service for our community. A successful candidate understands the importance of accuracy in all levels of work, is self-driven, and innovative in their approach to fostering a culture of high expectations and quality patient care and services. Required Qualifications
Current OHA EMS license (EMT or higher)
Minimum 3 years’ experience working on an ambulance
Bachelor’s degree in public administration or
Minimum 3 years’ of progressively responsible administrative experience in business or public administration, fire, EMS, healthcare administration, or related field
Valid Oregon Driver’s license
BLS Healthcare Provider CPR certification
TFD is offering an annual salary range of $65,000 to $72,000 dependent upon experience and qualifications, along with a comprehensive benefit package.
